Sky Blew

The reindeer was painted sky blue, a wry comment on the Florida tourist claim of the “Sunshine State” contrasted with the “State of Emergency” following a year four deadly hurricanes hit central Florida and the Gulf Coast (including, later in the season, Hurricane Katrina).
